I've had no problems in this game when it comes to figuring out what the next challenges could possibly be. I'm usually spot on, and that's a good little skill to have. I can anticipate what's to come and prepare myself. However, since I can't play in this week's Head of Household, it's all about preparing people I want to see win. I would actually really like to see Will win, so I could see what he'd do with his power. If he'd nominate me, then it would be game on, and I wouldn't even think about working with him ever again. It's something I want to get to the bottom of. Because of this, I decided to tip Will off on my hunch. When I did, he seemed a little nervous about the outcome. This made me believe he wouldn't win. He lacks self confidence. It's embarrassing.

On the other end, I managed to go more in-depth with the girl I find to be my closest ally, Ivette. Ivette winning would do wonders for my game this week. I know that she would keep me completely safe, and that's exactly what I'd want. So, before the challenge, I quickly filled her in on what I thought the challenge would be like and also give her a few pointers on the past "characters" we've come to know, love, and hate. She seemed pretty informed and ready for the challenge. The best part? I was right! The challenge was based exactly on what I thought it would be, and I knew that Ivette was going to be more than prepared against the other housemates in the competition.

I literally screamed at the top of my lungs when I saw Ivette deemed the winner and new Head of Household. It's an easy week for me in the house, and it lets me breathe easy! I was more than happy to put the key around her neck and pass off my reign to her. I know that Ivette will target the likes of Sam and Eric, and that's fine with me. Sam has proven to be shady and ultimately useless and Eric is nothing more than a wildcard. I would do just fine without either of them in the house. The real question is, what is Ivette going to do if one of the boys comes down off the block? Who will be her replacement? Messy, messy. Things will sure get complicated in the house.

I was so happy to see Janelle leave and walk out that front door. Thank god. Don't let the door hit your fat ass on the way out! That girl was a heifer in every sense. She was thirsty. All she wanted was attention. Janelle was probably the worst person in this entire house and I'm glad to see her leave. Maybe now we can stop pulling strands of polyester hair from the shower drains. It's disgusting. If I even make the end of this game and I have to vye for her vote .. she can kiss my fine, black bum. I don't want her vote. I don't care. I would never, ever kiss up to her for anything. She's garbage. Rubbish. Her being in this game was a joke. She deserves to be on the Pre-Jury.

The Have/Have-Not competitions have been going my way all season. I just love these competitions. It makes it so much more enjoyable to know that while I'm able to eat and be at the top of my game every week, everyone else has been cycling through being able to not eat. It honestly helps me in the long run. The challenge was enjoyable, but knowing that flying slop could have gotten in my hair, I stepped up my game and made sure not to get hit with that flying, grotesque mess. At the end of the challenge, it was clear as the daytime who was a Have and who was a Have Not. It was hilarious, because certain people were drenched in slop, while those, like myself, looked almost spotless. Helen looked like she had jumped into a vat of slop and bathed in it. She was just soaked head to toe. Poor thing, well, not really. Helen has been a shady minx and I don't have any sad feelings about her having to go on slop. Enjoy your meals, darling.

When the nominations played out, I already knew what was going down. Ivette and I have been talking a great deal this week, so I knew what she was thinking. When the last two people didn't receive their key, my thoughts were correct. Eric and Sam were on the block. Both of them being on the block doesn't really effect my game in any way. I feel that Eric wouldn't come for me anyways if he were to stay, as I think he would go for Elissa and Ivette mainly. Why do I think this? Because all the boys have hinted it at one point or another. Sam mentioned it to me, and Will teased the idea to me before aswell when Boogie was still around. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of boys agreement to stick together, seeing that they're a dwindling sex in the house. As for Sam, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't still upset with him. He never fussed up to not evicting Boogie, and led me to believe he did. If he were to leave? Bye boy, bye.

I'm pretty sure the worst case scenario played out during the Power of Veto drawings. Basically, everyone from the "other side" of the house was picked to play, and Elissa and I are sitting on the sidelines. Of 'course Helen is playing, and she has the penalty of being a Have-Not. This means, it's literally up to Ivette to win it. I think Ivette can win it if she really tries, but she's up against some tough people. She'll be going against Eric and Will who have both won a past Power of Veto, and then she'll also be facing off against Chima. Chima winning the challenge is ultimately the worst of the worst, because she told Ivette that she would take Eric off the block, which would mean that Ivette would have to nominate Helen, Elissa, or myself. Ugh! That would be poor. Very poor. This partner twist is deeply annoying, because she could have stuck Will on the block, but he's immune because he and Ivette are "partners" in the game right now.

I really believe that if one of the nominees do come down, I won't go up. Ivette is the only person in the house I actually, genuinely trust. Everyone else is shady to me and I don't trust them. Ivette would surely put up Elissa up before she would put me up. The good thing to keep in mind, is that regardless of what happens, Will can not vote this week. Love it. *Brushes hair from her face. That's what makes everything all the better. This means that Ivette just needs two votes for a tie, and that would be Elissa/me or Helen/me, because Helen and Elissa would keep each other despite all their stupid arguments in the past. They'd be dumb to evict one another, because without each other, the other is ultimately alone - more so Elissa than Helen, as Elissa hardly socializes with anyone and keeps to herself the majority of the time in the house.

Chima just won the Power of Veto. *Sighs loudly, and crosses her arms. This is dreadful, truly dreadful. This is the worst thing to happen. Now, Chima will undoubtedly remove her partner, Eric, from the block, and that means that Helen or Elissa will have to go on the block. This makes things messy. Why? Simple. If Elissa were to go up, I can see her getting upset and then possibly wanting to go after Ivette next round, which would put me in danger since neither myself or Ivette can compete next week. We can't be losing allies and allowing Chima and Eric to gain an upperhand. Ivette and I were distraught as Chima celebrated in the backyard, so we quickly made our way inside to discuss what should happen. However, I was pulled aside by Helen. Helen was trying to confirm with me, that if Elissa would go up, that I'd keep Elissa in. I said yes, of 'course. Why would I straight to her face tell her I'd evict Elissa? Especially since Ivette hasn't named the replacement nominee, which was going to happen given Chima winning. But then, the conversation took an odd turn. Helen straight out pitched the idea that she instead go up, to avoid Elissa getting upset. Interesting, very interesting. Someone's confident.

As Ivette and I reconvened, we mentioned this to one another. Helen volunteering to pawn herself troubles me. While it's a good decision because it would dodge Elissa's temper tantrum, I still see two problems with it. One being, Helen could easily play this off to Chima, Eric, and Will and be like, "Ivette nominated me too! Ugh! Let's bond over it," just like she had done with Janelle about no longer having a "game partner". The second thing is .. well, I'd be super tempted to just vote Helen out. Let's be honest here, Helen is a social threat in her own right, and ultimately a very likable player left in the game. Sitting in the end next to her is suicide. I only mentioned the worry about Helen playing both sides to Ivette, and Ivette told me that she already mentioned to Chima that Helen was wanting to pawn herself. *Laughs. Perfect. However, that still doesn't solve my desire to possibly boot Helen if she does end up on the block. The con to this, is that I would be going against Ivette, who I trust the most, but also I would be linking myself to this possible Eric/Will/Chima alliance .. and I don't really care for any of the three. Decisions, decisions. What's a girl to do? This will be trouble for me.

Gina Rio: You and Sallie both did that and lied to me.
Gina Rio: And it's funny, because I felt very close to both of you.
Gina Rio: That vote was a lot closer than it should have been and it could have screwed me over.
Sam Wallace: I know that round was a little uncalled for on my part and I do apologize, but Boogie was one of the few people I trusted in this game. Yeah he voted against Nick, but Janelle didn't even talk to me about why I should keep her.
Gina Rio: You straight told me that I could count on you and your vote.
Gina Rio: Sallie confessed to it, but you swept it under the rug.
Gina Rio: It just upset me.
Sam Wallace: Still. I knew at that point my vote was not gonna make a difference and Boogie was gonna be gone, because he need 4 votes to go
Gina Rio: No. It could have MADE a difference. The vote was closer than it should have been, and had Janelle not used her prize, it could have been messy had certain people not changed their mind at the last minute.
Sam Wallace: Ok let's say she didn't use her prize, it would've been a tie. You would've chosen who goes.
Sam Wallace: Yes I didn't own up to my vote that round, but I was just so paranoid over everything that happened.
Gina Rio: Are you trying to justify it to me right now?

It's really rather comical when people you hardly ever speak to, come up to you, because they need something from you. It's transparent. Eric comes out of nowhere and starts trying to see where my head is at with the vote. I'll admit, before, I was tempted to evict Helen just because I know she's a huge end game threat, but the fact that the house is beginning to obviously divide right down the middle, I know that Helen is needed. The side I'm placed on is the side that consists of Helen, so keeping her for the time being is more beneficial to me. I know that Eric wants to evict Helen, as Sam had already spilled the beans to me, even though Eric had originally been playing it off like he didn't know what to do, yet then tried to backtrack and say he'd do what Chima and I were doing. Okay, Eric. Whatever you say, darling. I don't ever talk to Eric, so I don't trust him, and I don't want to play alongside him, so I won't be doing what helps him.

There was a point in time where I would have kept Sam instantly over Helen, but that time has come and gone. Sam had the nerve to actually come up to me and ask me if he could "count on" my vote? Hm, this sounds familiar, Big Brother. Let's flashback to my first Head of Household reign, shall we? Boogie and I had a public argument and were clearly against one another. Sam, someone I thought I could count on, straight up told me, "You can count on me, Gina." And what happened? He LIED. What a sly, little snake. How dare him, honestly. How dare he have the nerve to come to me and ask if he can count on MY vote!? But you see .. I have class. I won't treat him the way HE treated me. I told him that I wasn't going to commit to keeping him, because I myself was not sure how I was voting. The best part was that he tried to justify it. I don't give a bollocks about him keeping Boogie in general .. I care that he lied to my face and said I could count on him. I forgive .. but I don't forget. He'll learn that lesson at eviction.

What this vote comes down to for me, is this. Helen's a threat. It would be good to take her out of the game, which would weaken Elissa since Elissa lacks any sort of social game. However, the bad side to that? Helen and Elissa are potentially on my side in the house division, which means they should be kept. Second, Helen has told me that she would keep me around. Eric has not and Chima has not. Will has implied it, but I still have yet to see him prove it to me. Third, if I had been the replacement nominee in an alternate universe .. would Eric and Chima be willing to vote me out over Sam? I'm thinking yes. Putting myself in Helen's shoes. Also, Helen must trust Ivette and I enough to pawn herself. Fourth, who is more likely to win the next HoH given past challenges? Helen or Sam? Helen. I don't know about you, but I think I know who I'm keeping.

Eric Stein: Hey Gina!
Gina Rio: Hey, did you talk to Chima?
Eric Stein: No. Did you? What did she say?
Gina Rio: She asked me who I was voting, but we never really talked about it.
Eric Stein: Me neither, I have no idea what she is doing to be honest.
Gina Rio: As of right now, I'll probably be evicting Sam.
Eric Stein: Well that was straight forward of her to ask what you were doing, but I think I will be evicting Sam as well.
Gina Rio: I don't see the point in risking our games if it were to tie or something.
Gina Rio: I feel bad for Sam though. It's kinda' like he's collateral?
Eric Stein: Honestly though Gina, I don't know what exactly is going on in this house. Have you any idea?
Gina Rio: Me? LOL. I've felt alone for awhile now. I'm just trying to survive. I feel like I walk on eggshells daily.
Gina Rio: When I was in power, I targeted both Boogie and Janelle because I knew they were after me, you know.
Eric Stein: I am clearly super lost and I think I'm getting far more credit than I deserve.
Gina Rio: What do you mean?
Eric Stein: I think people assume things about me being in alliances when I have only ever truly agreed to work with Chima. Will and I like each other so naturally I do what I can to help him out, and I feel a similar way about you so I try to talk to you often
Eric Stein: I just think people are giving me credit for things that I don't have any part in
Gina Rio: I think it's partly because Will chose you for Veto, then you chose Will for Veto?
Gina Rio: That's probably what people picked up on.
Gina Rio: People will do whatever they can to paint a target on someone's back, so that it extends their own life.
Gina Rio: Believe me, I know.
Eric Stein: I guess so, which would make total sense. I don't know where you stand in the house, but you're safe in my book. I like the way we talk to each other, especially 'cause I feel as if you respect me.
Gina Rio: I have absolutely nothing against you. We've always been cordial with one another and I've liked that. You had never been someone I wanted out of the house and I always felt that you felt the same way about me.
Gina Rio: In the house, I feel like I've been used by others, however, when I've been in power, I've ultimately gone against the people I knew were 100% after me, and did what I wanted to do.
Eric Stein: I know you can't compete in the next HoH but I think are definitely going to be safe no matter what. I just hope I am the same way. Chima and I are probably a target because we are original partners.
Eric Stein: I worry about that.
Gina Rio: I think there is a high possibility of that. Everyone wants to split partnerships and the only intact ones are you/Chima and Will/Ivette.
Gina Rio: If you had stayed on the block with Sam, it would've been bad. I don't think you need me to tell you that though.
Eric Stein: Ivette told me Sam was the targer, but I'm sure that Sam was told the same thing.
Gina Rio: Yes, I think you probably would have gone if you stayed on the block despite what Ivette would have wanted.
Eric Stein: I don't really know what's going to happen after this. I feel awful about Sam leaving though.
Eric Stein: Ivette/Helen/Elissa are together, that is my assumption at least. Where are you in the mix of things? I know it's suicide for you to just jump to Chima and I cause then all that work is for nothing since we'd be made F2. But, I don't feel like you're with those three.
Gina Rio: I mean, I won't sugarcoat anything, but I've always found myself close to Ivette and Chima mainly. They were the two people in the game who helped me see that some people were deadest on wanting me out.
Gina Rio: On top of that, I've always had a good relationship with Sam until he lied to me about evicting Boogie when he said I could count on him. I also evicted Helen in the Helen vs. Nick vote, but then Helen didn't nominate me when she won HoH, so I'd feel bad evicting her because of that, when a lot of people potentially wanted me out.
Eric Stein: I understand entirely. I'm not going to tell anyone this but I think you are by far in the best position at this point. Which would evidently mean so far, you've been playing the best game. I'm going to try hard for the HoH, and I hope Chima does too.
Eric Stein: But I'd probably put up Elissa and Ivette if that is what happened.
Gina Rio: I'd understand those nominations too. One nominated you for eviction, and, well, the other would have potentially evicted you had you stayed up.
Gina Rio: Only reason I say that is because Helen and Sam have a past relationship and know one another swell.
Eric Stein: Wait, Sam and Helen knew each other?
Gina Rio: Yeah, Sam revealed that to me when Helen was on the block earlier in the game. She used it so she could get his vote.
Eric Stein: Hmm, I did not know that to be honest. I clearly am more lost than I thought.

Eviction [Week #07]

I vote to evict .. Sam.

Helen, there is absolutely no way you're reading this message right now. But if you are, know that I had nothing to do with it. You were an interesting lady and competitive force in this house, which made you appear threatening; that could be why the others decided it was in their best interest to evict you and keep someone like Sam in the game. Chima is the dodgy bitch, and we know that for sure now. I'm just awfully sorry that you have to spend the rest of the game with Janelle in the Jury house, because I know for a fact that she won't be good company. See you soon, darling, and hang in there.

Sam, this vote wasn't easy. We had a discussion about where I stood the night before, and I meant everything I said. It bothered me that you had come to me and asked me if you could "count on" my vote to stay. It just resurfaced the past when I had asked you for the same and you had said yes, but then went back on it, and instead voted to keep Boogie. I don't care that you had kept Boogie, I care that you lied to me. While I forgive you for that, I can't forget it. With the house dividing right now, I need people I can count on, and that vote made me question you. I apologize and hope you understand.
