 Poopdeck and Sam have been nominated for eviction. But Gina has won the power to veto one of the nominations. Gina, please make your decision in this thread. If the veto is used, Elissa, as current HoH, must name a replacement. Helen cannot be nominated as she is the HoH's Partner. Poopdeck and Sam are allowed to make veto pleas, but it is not required. The veto decision should be made by 5PM EST tomorrow. If a replacement is needed, it should be made by 8PM EST tomorrow. |

Welcome to the Power of Veto Ceremony, everybody! As the holder of the Veto, I have the decision whether or not to remove one of Elissa's initial nominations or leave them as they are. I've spoken to both of the nominees and I've spoken to Elissa.
I wanted to let everyone have their say and let me know what they'd hope to see happen at the ceremony this afternoon. I've really considered all the pleas I was given.
If I am being completely honest here, it was a harder decision than I anticipated. I knew I was going to have to sleep on it after talking to everyone last night. Well, I've slept and now it's time for me to get the week moving. With all that being said ..

You have until tomorrow at 5PM EST to vote to evict either Poopdeck or Sam. Remember, whichever nominee survives will be immune until the final 11.
You must also have posted at least one DR (or done one live DR) for Episode 2 by the time the eviction is posted. Failing to either vote or do a DR will result in you being ineligible to compete in the next HoH Competition.
HoH #3 will be live, but on the forum instead of AIM. Rules will be posted at 8PM EST. The competition will officially begin 15 minutes later at 8:15PM EST. Good luck housemates!
